Communications
JB works to give meaning and utility to information and research.
Research findings, meeting proceedings, successful program results, and expenditures do not have utility without reaching their intended audiences. For the dissemination of new information on health and human service research, JB provides clients with the tools needed for successful communications. To avoid barriers and misunderstandings, such information must be tailored to each target audience - scientists, public officials, policy experts, media, program grantees, federal agency staff, neighborhood coalitions, patients, financial institutions, pharmaceutical representatives, clergy, and others. Data and findings are packaged in appropriate plain language formats that assist each population to make successful changes.
Determining the audience and identifying the "who, what, when, where, why, and how," answers for message intention, delivery, and realized results is the core of our communications practice area of excellence. In a conference call with a few, a community event of thousands, planned focus groups, an international press incident, or other combination of people and events, our strategic communication plans reach who we need to reach, relay what we need to relay, and reach back for response when we need to assess a response.
