Practice Areas of Excellence
JB's services are called "practice areas of excellence" (PAEs) to emphasize the connection with our motto and mission. The PAEs are the following:
Each PAE has a Practice Area Leader (PAL) and the employees, consultants, subject matter experts (SMEs) and support staff for a complete team. PALs draw new business; lead project work, and continually search for opportunities in efficiency, innovation, team building and cost savings.
Using culturally empowering and research-based "promising practices", JB brings together the finest consultants and field leaders to:
- build program infrastructure;
- train staff in new skills and content;
- experiment and test alternatives in science and social systems;
- collect and analyze research;
- prepare, communicate and disseminate information to target groups; and
- evaluate results for lessons learned.
JB is eligible for contracts with federal, state, local, commercial, non-profit and association clients.
