Shirley J. Black, CPA, President & CEO
Ms. Black is JB Management Solutions' senior executive, responsible for overseeing corporate planning, business development, financial operations and the strategic direction of the corporation. Shirley is adept at handling diverse assignments from corporate sectors and government contracts in strategic planning, operations management, business development, budget development, program and project management, organizational analysis, contracting finance, and accounting.
Shirley's 20 years of progressive experience include the executive leadership and management of multimillion-dollar corporations; providing advisory services to a wide variety of clients; and managing consulting engagements on government contract administration and training needs. Shirley has managed complex engagements across the nation as well as in Haiti, Hungary, and Africa. Before founding JB Management Solutions, Shirley applied her skills as the Chief Financial Officer for EDJ Associates, Inc.
